I’m not creative or artistic, does that matter?

No! We are just playing with ideas; there is no right or wrong way. All that we ask is that you come to the course with an open, playful mind. All abilities welcome.

Do I need any equipment?

We recommend an A4, blank-page, hard-backed book and a glue stick. A sketchbook will work well.

This book will be used to create your bespoke Seasonal Playbook, so you can have one place to store all your learnings, discoveries, and creations!

Throughout the course, we will suggest what you might like to buy or collect for projects, such as a few acrylic pens and paints, old magazines, and coloured paper; however, we are mindful of keeping things simple, attainable, and accessible to all.

Do I need to have my video on?

No. You’re welcome to join with your camera on or off. We invite a quick hello at the start, but you can keep your video off while you listen, make, or eat your lunch.


Do I need to attend the live sessions?

No. The discussion groups and co-creation sessions are optional. Join whenever it suits you, and follow the course at your own pace.

Is this group therapy?

No. Playful Seasons is not a substitute for medical, psychological or crisis care. It supports general well-being and creativity. Please get in touch with your GP or visit a crisis service, such as the Samaritans, for support as needed.

I’m worried I’ll feel judged or compared to others.

There is no judgment here! Comparison is the thief of joy; there is no place for it within our supportive community.

I might not be able to keep to a schedule. Is that a problem?

We understand that our best-laid plans can be scuppered. Our courses are semi-self-led, so you have the choice to work alongside us or go at your own pace. You will have access to the course videos and life groups throughout the course.

Is this a subscription?

No. All Playful Seasons courses are one-off payments. You will only be charged once.

Can I cancel mid-way?

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, but this does not cancel your course.
Access continues for the full programme duration.

How long do I have access for?

Access to the teaching site and videos is for the duration of the course. 

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are no recurring charges, renewals or add-on fees.
